Because you receive immediate access to your digital files, we’re unable to offer refunds, exchanges or store credit on any of our products. Before purchasing, make sure to read our FAQ Page, Product Descriptions, and that you have the experience and software required to edit our templates.

Printing
Hands-On is not responsible for the paper or printing of your projects and any printing errors. Double-check your content before printing and double-check all instructions given on our resources page and from the printer you choose before moving forward with an order.
Hands-On Property
All designs, templates and files remain the property of Hands-On before and after purchase. You’re allowed to use our templates as a jumping off point for your own designs, but the template needs to evolve into a different design before claiming ownership or including it in your portfolio. Claiming the Hands-On designs, templates or files as your own is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use of Hands-On materials will be met with immediate legal action.
License and Usage
Each individual Hands-On project comes with one license upon purchase. It can only be downloaded once and used by one person. Sharing designs, templates and files is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use of Hands-On materials will be met with immediate action.

This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) is being used online. To modify or opt-out of your e-mail subscriptions, access your preferences in the “My Account” section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
